My areas of expertise include but are not limited to a variety of diagnosis competency (CBT, EFT, Marital and Family therapy, Anxiety, Certification in DBT), and applying holistic approaches to the betterment of my clients. The main objective for you and I is to apply the tools independently once you transition out of services. Sometimes we just need that person that reminds us of our strengths, true compassion, and skills we can use to help ourselves. Congratulations on taking that first step & looking forward to working with you!
